  I have a gait disturbance which varies in severity (and vertigo, reduced mental capacity, etc). For three weeks the intensity increased to the point that I had serious problems walking. I sought an explanation, and they did an mri, but found nothing. They offered no explanation of the MRI, and never allowed me to question the disk. The letter from the doctor to my primary care doctor is incorrect in the facts, and was worded such that they disbelieved I had the problems as I claimed. The fact of the matter is, when you do have a problem and seek help, you need to go somewhere else. (I was making $160,000/year before problems esculated, but according to their summary, I "walked" in without problem. This was not true, nor did I ever see the doctor until I was already in the room and waiting for 20+ minutes.. The doctor is covering up his incompetence by basically casting doubts on my symptoms. )
