  Some of the apartments are in decent shape but the management company is impossible to deal with. I rented from them for two years and when I moved out there were a huge number of work-orders that went unfixed from when I MOVED IN.
  
  The maintainence people are horrible and the management company does nothing about it. They never fix anything and when they do it is half-assed and usually breaks again. At any given time you can find a group of them standing around, chain-smoking and avoiding the massive amount of work orders that are backed up. If you have the pleasure of speaking with any of them in the afternoon, theres about a 75% chance that you'll smell alcohol on their breath.
  
  Furthermore, I found out from a neighbor that maintenance people illegally entered my apartment while I was out for an "inspection." Although I was in the process of moving out, I still had many items in the apartment and would not have allowed such an inspection to take place.
  
  Despite having some of the lowest rents around, they have dozens of apartment units sitting empty because anyone smart moves out the first opportunity that they have. DON'T BE FOOLED. Stay away from these apartments and this company in general.
